Moving Mountains @ Bowery Ballroom, NYC 9-20-09
Moving Mountains, the progressive post-rock 4-piece will be touring with Say Anything this month, then have a week of dates with Straylight Run. AbsolutePunk is streaming the bands new music video for "Lights and Shapes" off our recent album Foreword. It was directed by Moving Mountains and edited by Stephen Dunn. You can view it here.
The band is at The Studio at Webster Hall in NYC on Nov. 8 with Straylight Run, Dangerous Summer, Brian Bonz, Dave Melillo. More info available here.
The band played a tight set when they opened for Thursday and Fall of Troy. Highlights included "Cover the Roots Lower the Stems" and the moving "Ode We Will Bury Ourselves." More pics of the band in NYC below.
