The Fiery Furnaces, the experimental indie group featuring siblings Matthew and Eleanor Friedberger, performed a set of home-state shows last weekend. One at Music Hall of Williamsburg on Dec. 11 and another at Bowery Ballroom on Dec.12. The band bring a brand of music that is hard to describe and that has changed and evolved over its nearly 10 year history, making them worth a listen. They released their eight album, I'm Going Away earlier this year.
