Brit & the Cavalry is a darlin' violin-driving indie rock 7-piece band from Brooklyn. Their new release showcases some pretty violin that keep the music lovely, along with the soft sax, trumpet, and trombone parts throughout the songs. The EP is filled with nice harmonies, a steady beat, and beautiful vocals from Brit Boras. Hiker is a pleasant listen.

Their EP release party is Oct. 15 at Piano's with The Beach Project, Measure, and The Pastel Group. The band is on at 9pm.
