Keith Caputo looking for actress for new video

Keith Caputo, singer of Life of Agony and solo artist, will be shooting a video for his song "Got Monsters" in February and is looking for some characters. Via his Twitter and Myspace he said:

“main/lead” -woman -25-40 years old -caucasian -New Yorker preferred -slim/average weight -non SAG

“friend” -woman -25-40 years old -caucasian-comfortable with the camera for a monologue -New Yorker preferred -slim/average weight -non SAG

This is NOT a paid job.Shooting will start mid-late February and will be indoors and outdoor, mostly in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

"Got Monsters" is from Caputo's 2008 album, A Fondness For Hometown Scars. His last release, a 5-song EP called Cheat was released in Nov. 2009 and features a cover of "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun." His sincere song-writing reflects his challenging childhood, loss of his parents, love, and thoughts about the world through a light rock sound-scape.

Extras Needed for Peculiar Gentlemen Music Video in Brooklyn

Peculiar Gentlemen are looking for extras for a music video shoot on Aug. 29 at 5pm. More on the shoot below:

There is a “party scene” that needs to have people dancing around or just hanging out in the background. The video is suppose to take place in the 1940's, so to keep this as convincing as possible, we request you try to bring a costume. It's a fun costume and will make for a fun time, we really hope you can make it.

Here are the details:

Men - Cotton pants or overalls, button down collar shirt, vests, bow tie or regular tie, suspenders, old style hats.

Women - Long dresses, floral patters, skirts above the waist with tucked in button down blouse. Shoes with short white socks. Hair tied up.

When: Saturday, August 29th, 5:00pm.

Where: Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn, NY (reply for exact address)

Duration: 4 hours (party included)

Extras Needed for ShiraGirl Video in NYC

All female punk outfit ShiraGirl is looking for extras for their new single "Sick Days" this week. The video shoot will be held beginning tomorrow, Aug. 26 at 2pm in Manhattan for a school scene and Aug. 27 at 4pm in Brooklyn for an outdoor playground/hip-hop dance scene and house party scene. The video will be directed by Parris who has worked with Busta, Luda, and Jay-Z.

Kittie looking for extras for NYC video shoot 7/26

Canadian metal band Kittie is looking for extras for a video taping in New York City on Sunday, July 26th. The video is for the band's upcoming single, "Sorrow I Know" from the band's new album called In the Black in stores on Sept. 15. The band will release the cd on E1 Entertainment and plans to tour this fall. Details on the shoot below:

The video will be directed by David Brodsky (Suicide Silence, Gwar, The Black Dahlia Murder) and his crew at MyGoodEye in New York. From MyGoodEye producer Allison Woest: "We are shooting a ‘20s era, speakeasy/burlesque music video for KITTIE, and are looking for fans to participate!

If you would like to be in the video and have ‘20s-era nighttime social clothing to participate in the debauchery, please get in touch! It is important that you bring your own outfits.

For Women, please wear dresses. Styles can include: Cocktail style dresses, anything with fringe, lace, silk or satin, drop waist or A line dresses, even flapper style halloween costumes! For Men: Suit and tie, fedora hat if possible Males and females both welcome. The video will be shot during the day on Sunday, July 26th, in New York City.
