Copenhagen artist CALLmeKAT, the music of composer and keyboardist Katrine Ottosen, is in NYC for three area dates this week.
Tonight she's at Scandinavia House, 38th and Park Ave., for their Annual Midsummer Concert with Swedish guitarist Samuel Hällkvist, and Icelandic cellist and former ASF Fellow Sæunn Þorsteinsdóttir. Doors at 6:30pm/Concert 7pm, with CALLmeKAT on at 7:45pm. Refreshments will be provided on the terrace, and the artists will perform in front of a set of giant glass windows, with the sun setting behind them. More info here.
Thursday she's at Warsaw performing with as part of the Northside Festival with Au Revoir Simone and the Hundred in the Hand. Doors open at 8pm. CallMeKate performs at 9pm. Tickets $15.
