Invisible Lines, Their Planes & The Micks @ Hells Kitchen, Newark 1/28/12
My first booked show at Hells Kitchen for "Voodoo Rock Saturdays." Come rock out and have a good time.
12AM- INVISIBLE LINES (Killing Horse Records)
Invisible Lines is a melodic rock band from Kearny, NJ that re-creates the intensely dynamic and danceable rhythms of post-punk.

11pm- THEIR PLANES WILL BLOCK OUT THE SUN
Their Planes Will Block Out the Sun combine elements of rock and jazz with dark and uplifting rhythms thrown together with danceable beats to produce their sound. Based out of Clifton, New Jersey, the line up is John Falcone, (Drums) Victor Fernandes, (Vocals, Guitars, Keyboards) Wayne Green, (Bass, glockenspiel) Craig Monaco, (Guitar), Paul Falcone (Keyboard and Percussion)

10pm- THE MICKS
The MiCKS are a 3-piece rock band most recently operating out of Jersey City, NJ. Founded by brothers Matthus and Sammy J. McMickle and finally joined by the multi-talented Hank Prol, the MiCKS have just finished mixing their first official EP. Once pressed and packaged this album will save your rock 'n' roll lifestyle! The band name might change but the music will remain. Look out for the MiCKS or whichever band with Matt, Sam and Hank in it.

The Pantry Party f/ Invisible Lines this Saturday in Pequannock, NJ
Join The Pantry Party at The Knights of Columbus on 84 Lincoln Park Road in Pequannock, NJ this Saturday, March 5th featuring performances by Cabin 49, The Invicible Lines, Chris Aiello & Kevin Romoser, Lazy Sunday, and D-Tox aka Julio. Artists Jocelyn Ortega, Wendy Strauss, Keith Stanley, Joe Scordo, and Chris Rowland will also present their art. The show is all ages, begins at 7pm and costs $10. Bring canned goods. For every can you bring, you get $1 off the price of admission.

Killing Horse Records showcase in Hoboken on Friday f/ Secret Country, Invisible Lines
Kearny, New Jersey based label Killing Horse Records is throwing a 1-year anniversary show at good 'ol Maxwells in Hoboken this Friday. The showcase will feature punk influenced bands: Secret Country, iNoPasaran!, Invincible Lines, and Ben Franklin. Each band gives you a little bit of a different flavor of what we call punk and rock.
Secret County (honky-tonk from Newark, NJ)
No Pasaran (post-punk from New Jersey)
Invisible Lines (post-punk, indie-rock from Kearny, NJ)
Ben Franklin (gonzo rock from Brooklyn, NY)

The Invisible Lines releasing new EP 5/14 + Upcoming Shows
The Invisible Lines from Kearny, NJ is releasing their new EP Wise Up! on May 14. To celebrate the band is playing a show on the same day at Maxwell's with The Frozen Gentlemen and Shark? Show's at 10:30pm. $8. All Ages. Tickets are available at the door.
The band recently played a show at the Kearny American Irish Club with Screaming Females. Their sound is rockin' with some edgy beats and compelling post-punk grooves. The band cite Bad Brains, Fugazi, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Talking Heads, and X among some of their influences.
